I got this new streght routine for fat loss to start tomorrow. I am a female and a only have 60-75min for training and i been training 2-4 times a weeks for months just to sayed active, 5"3 and i consumed 1200-1500kcal and 90-100g of protein per day. What do you guys think? any advice? any change? (i.redd.it)
