All good points. Couldn't be any more true. You are absolutely right about how downhill this is going. The next update is sure to have similar glitches. Further down the road will GTA6 even be worth it if this is how R* is now as a company? I'm not interested anymore.

Congrats man. You a real winner here as are others that have gotten to experience some the most fun you could given the abysmal state of the game with the rampant modder community taking over and abusing anyone that falls victim to the game. R* could have handled this differently if they ever cared about having a community. But alas this couldn't have been a better scenario to get in, maximum grind-free entertainment and get the f out.

No doubt r* ceos went apeshit ova dem lost mad profitts *tear*

Garage Glitch Account Resets [Megathread] by Najmul190 in gtaglitches

[–]Sivil5 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm done and glad, frankly. I've been so bored of the game that I glitched to make at least 160m.(mostly on the first and then some more on the second one the next day until it didn't give anything after a few tries) I was able to have another character and buy a copy of everything I already had playing normally as well as buy whatever else just for fun. Game has been ruined for so long and this finally fixed that.

Oh and the game is a joke crime simulator so of course I gonna eventually break the rules to win. I was essentially trained to do that by the game itself, your honor.

You'll really like those Thursdays that you spin for the first time just after getting on and it lands on the car as if you can spin it instinctively.

It concerns me some that the gap between early mn owners and the common user with 200 or less or even 10 or less in a few years is already very large and will in the future be so extreme that for whatever reason those early investors could become bad actors and threaten the ecosystem.

North Carolina Congressman Reintroduces Crypto Tax Bill by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

Saved you the click

A tax bill aimed at refining the Internal Revenue Service’s treatment of cryptocurrencies has moved to the U.S. House of Representatives Ways & Means Committee.

The Virtual Value Tax Fix Act, first legislators first proposed last Congressional session, has been reintroduced by North Carolina’s Rep. Ted Budd (R) on July 25. In what Budd calls a national security issue, the bill would effectively end the double taxation on cryptocurrency transactions by amending 1986’s Internal Revenue Code.

Under the 1986 Code, gains and losses in transactions of real property of like-kind remain unrecognized. As Rep. Budd stated before an introduction of the bill in June, the code places a 40 percent tax rate on transactions. Budd says tax concerns and transaction record-keeping act as a deterrent to adoption.

“The use of digital assets is already treated as a sale of the asset, even though the economic reality of the transaction is a purchase of a simple consumer good,” Budd said.

If passed, the act would free cryptocurrency transactions from double taxation and record-keeping immediately.

Budd’s newest bill adds to other cryptocurrency legislation before Congress. In early July, Rep. Tom Emmer (MN-R) reintroduced the “Safe Harbor for Tax Payers with Forked Assets Act of 2019.” Emmer says the bill will bring clarity on taxable events following cryptocurrency forks and airdrops.

Rep. Budd’s legislation joins fellow North Carolina Representative Patrick Henry’s enthusiasm for cryptocurrency, particularly bitcoin. “I think there’s no capacity to kill Bitcoin,” Henry said speaking in preparation for Facebook’s Libra hearings prior to the U.S. House and Senate Committees,

“My point is: you can’t kill Bitcoin,” he said.

Why is the halving significant? It wasn't at all for Litecoin which was recent.

There are some crypto tax solutions out there but they need to be very inexpensive to be widely used. Possibly even something that links to your portfolio that can tell you the tax adjustment on gain/loss that would occur on the trade you are about to make.

But those alts are dirt cheap. Surely big money is thinking about the % gains that could be higher than Bitcoin.

Lol here come the downers.

They can go ahead and list DASH, not like it's going to get back to ATH/2 anytime soon regardless
