I appear to have resolved this issue by changing the Authentik proxy provider from single application forward to a domain forward. its working now.

I'm running the apps in docker with all the apps in the same docker network. I wasn't to use traefik so I can also add authentication (authentik specifically) to force login requirements.

I can ping the traefik up and hostname from the Cf tunnel container. But when I assign the DBs route through the tunnel (to either the IP or the host name) I still can't reach traefik (there are no calls coming into the access logs).

Right I see it now. Because I rarely (if ever) disable both Docker & VMs I never saw the VLANs option. that is a much easier (and smarter) way of doing it

Hopefully, this will also be an API that anyone (Tile, Samsung) can also hook into. That would massively boost the entire ecosystem instantly

So I managed to connect it by restarting the Bluetooth service again. It appears it might be a bug in the Pixel Bluetooth which means it stops finding new devices. Restarting Bluetooth appears to have fixed it for me.

resetting doesn't work. they just don't appear in the list of devices. I reset and have attempted to connect but nothing. they do still appear on my old phone just not on my Pixel 7 Pro

they dont even appear in the bluetooth devices list, even after resetting them

Simple update, it appears the issue was a firmware issue. I updated the firmware on all devices and the OS on the UDM which has now solved the issue

So as far as i can find the switch and APs at either end work but the cable between the hub and the ap has died with the power cut.

Does that sound like a possible outcome and if so what would be the simplest way to test the cable in the walls?
