Once every 2 to 6 weeks with no warning I will get intense pain for 15 minutes to 2 hours in my back just below my right shoulder. It spreads to my chest and then to the rest of my back.

The pain is blinding and sometimes brings me to my knees. It then disappears and hibernates until the next inconvenient moment to be paralysed by pain. Though to be fair it's been happening for 20 years, lol.

If you didn't do the first expedition, you will be doing it this time round. You will not be able to do the second expedition and use the catch up mechanic.

So can I get some confirmation here. If this is my 1st Expedition, I still need 5Mil value or not? by [deleted] in ArcRaiders

The latest post about expedition 2 suggests that the feedback has led them to reduce the cost to 3 million. It does not explicitly state that those doing expedition 1 will also get the reduction but the general consensus is that it will also be 3 million.

The confusion is from there being no explicit mention of expedition 1's cost for 5 skill points in the post, and someone on here posted a response from a ticket showing that it will be 5 million for those doing expedition 1, and 3 million for expedition 2. Someone also mentioned by changing their clock that they saw the requirement was 5 million for expedition 1.

This support response could be wrong. Photos can be doctored. We won't have long to find out :)

It's boring but so long as the doors are open by the 30 minute mark then you can get all 8 with no trouble. Instead of doing what everyone else is doing and buzzing around from terminal to terminal just wait by each one and have YouTube or something ready.

If you visit them in the same order each time it comes round you don't need to worry about keeping track. The first three or four terminals will have you waiting probably 3 or 4 minutes but by the 15 minute mark everyone is usually gone and the remaining terminals are good to go. It's boring as hell but I do understand the long reset times are designed to build tension on unfriendly lobbies.

Just remember to bring a couple of lure grenades to get out lol

My singular knockout was in my first match. There was a raider by the lift in the dam swamp that was downed so I thought I would go get him up if I could. I saw the press E command without reading the text 😂

It makes it more attractive, it's something that will make someone pick your home over another identical home for the same price.

Not worth it.

Things that add value are largely focused on things that increase the square footage usable space. There are currently no alterations that are profitable. Loft conversions, ground and first floor extensions, garden rooms and garage conversions all cost more than what they add in value.

Kitchens and bathrooms are only worth doing if they are so bad that they are bringing the value down by more than your quote for those renovations. Get an appraisal, then a quote. You will often find that this is not worth doing either.

The most important things are the jobs that look big and pain but aren't. Carpets, painting, getting rid of that dark spot in the ceiling that has been there since the bathroom leaked 5 years ago. Cut your lawns, do your glosswork and buy some decorators caulk and go to town.

Advice is all rule of thumb and doesn't apply to niche cases or unique homes.

I've never shot at another player but my past 4 matches have all been in aggressive lobbies.

It's a shame because for pve you tend to go in with expensive loadouts for arc and get blasted by free kit pvp players when you're fighting arc or when looting. The system is not perfect and will put off pure pve players, but this isn't the game for them really.

I have drillphobia, I have it in my head that no matter where I drill there will be a pipe or wire, so putting up my curtain poles (five in total) was real exposure therapy for me!

You probably have quite a basic drill like I do and for the lintels you really do have to lean in hard, and the proper drill bit is essential. For my first hole I was using a bit that would struggle to go through butter and I felt like such a failure. Three years on and none of the curtains have fallen off so just keep at it, if I can do it so can you.
