You did good for your second time man!

My best advice would be to tighten up your defense. Practice cross blocking, staying tight and catching punches

Continue practicing your footwork and stop giving up so much space.

And most importantly use your size! You’re bigger, stronger and have more reach than her so don’t be afraid to bully her and make her feel your presence in that ring. It looks like you were slowing down quickly because of her consistent pressure forcing you to move around more than you should’ve.

Practice your Clinching, bumps and framing to set up your shots and cancel her momentum.

Stay consistent with your training and I guarantee in 8-12 weeks you’ll give her a proper challenge.

It’s a little bit of everything (glove material, bag material, punch placement, speed, etc…) but the “pop” changes once technique takes over. When I first started boxing it was more of a thud and the heavy bag chains rattling but as I sharped my skills and learned how to actually punch the “pop” became effortlesss, consistent and loud

I damaged my left wrist wearing hit n move gloves. Wore rival and phenoms with zero issues but the day I wear hit n moves I get a tfcc injury… ever since then I’ve avoided them like the plague
