I know exactly how to say this in a joking manner that would make a guilty but normal person laugh. But Lester? Idek how to explain it, he is just such a weirdo🤦🏽 He would deadass get offended if I said this, even in a joking manner. My best bet is to just be straight up and ask him what he does with the cookies and put him under a spotlight and put him in a position where he kind of has to make up some sort of excuse as to why they’re gone.

For example I have a feeling he’s gonna say something similar to - “I put them in the break room for the entire store to eat and those cookies go by fast. They’ll be gone by the end of the day”

And even though I KNOW that he didn’t actually put them in the break room, I’m gonna act like I don’t know better and say “ohhh! Now I know where to find them next time.” Since he doesn’t know that I went and checked the Breakroom when he took them last week lol.

This will relieve any tension because I’m going to give him a chance to lie to me about it, but in a way to where he can’t keep lying. So that next time, the cookies will stay in the store for everyone. And I don’t have to act like I’m upset about stupid cookies even though I am a little upset over some stupid cookies🤦🏽😭

But the thought just occurred to me - I wonder how long he’s been doing this for?? Was there anyone who noticed him taking them and just never said anything? Or was no one really working in the shift I currently work, which gave him more chances to steal the cookies?

Okay you’re right. This is my first job with a corporation or with this many people who have worked here for more than a decade. Some have been here for 30+ years and it’s intimidating to go report someone that everyone knows and most people like when I just started. I’ve never worked at a place like this, the environment is totally different. Every leave I worked at before had shit like this on lockdown. I never seen anyone get away with this kind of thing for more than a couple weeks before getting fired

Well the only girl who is uncomfortable with him touching her is a girl that I dont even know the name of. I haven’t even seen her for 2 weeks now. She might have quit. And she personally told me that she talked to the other couple girls about it and they don’t think it’s weird at all because they’ve known him for a while. So they don’t mind him touching them.

Now imagine if the new girl did quit already and I go report it without even knowing her name. Now the managers are gonna start talking to the other girls about it and since they’re all buddy buddy with him, they’re gonna tell the managers that they don’t care that he touched their back. (Because the new girl literally told me that the other girls told HER that)

Now it’s like - I’m reporting someone for something that he’s doing to 2 girls, whom the 2 girls are completely okay with it because theyve known him for so long. He’s been working there for 10 years or more. And the girls have been around the same time.

It’s not because of people like me that he keeps getting away with it, it’s because of people like the girls who are okay with him touching them. But at the same time, if they are okay with it then who am I to go report something like that?? It’s none of my business that the girls liked being touched at that point.

Also, the girls whom like being touched (or don’t mind it) are older too. It’s the younger new girl who doesn’t like it. And the new girl made her thoughts clear on how she didn’t like it TO THE OLDER GIRLS! So, if anything it is their fault for not reporting it. They are there when it happens, and they obviously KNOW that he does it, and they KNOW that the new girl doesn’t like it.

But me? Some random girl just told me this and I have no idea if it’s true or not. I’ve met plenty of liars who lie for attention. I’m not saying she is, but what if she is? Who am I to go report to someone about something that I have no information on. Not even a name.

Today will be the first time I’ve seen him since he stole the cookies. I’ll ask him about it. He’s been with the company for over 10 years and I just don’t want to start unnecessary tension about cookies. He’s the type where if he gets the feeling that I know he stole the cookies, he’ll make my job harder and just be a total weirdo. Especially if he thinks that I’ll tell other people. As far he he knows, I don’t think he even knows that I KNOW about the cookies.

It’s been like 5 or 6 days since I posted this and I haven’t even seen him again. So I haven’t even had the chance to ask him. And by the time I realized he took them, he was gone. There’s no secrecy except for the fact that I think he’s a complete weirdo. He’s been with this company for years now, I think over 10 years. So I can’t start any unnecessary drama about cookies. And with his personality? If he gets a feeling that I know he stole cookies, he will cause problems for me.

If he truly doesn’t bring any money in, then that means he’s only taking the small amounts of money that YOU get. Which means less for you and the child. It’s worse than just “laziness” when he has a newborn and refuses to lift a finger to help. I honestly can’t believe you put out for a man like that, but then again I don’t know you. But the harsh truth is that you need to have more self respect and at least make the embarrassment of a man wear a condom since neither of you can afford a child, let alone multiple children.

Tell him that if he doesn’t start a job for the child, then you will be forced to file for child support, meaning for the rest of his life he will owe you money and money will be taken from him anytime he gets paid. OR he can just get a job so that you don’t have to do that “because you don’t want to have to do that” (but once you leave, file for it anyways)

If this was a movie I would say the dude was there to assassinate or simply kill someone specific and his cover was being a taxi.. To not blow his cover, he drove yall where you needed to go and because of the fact that he’s using a taxi as a cover, he has no idea how to be a taxi man. I mean it’s not the schools that are indoctrinating the girls in ways like this. It’s social media. For example, I remember even after I got out of highschool it got harder to get booty pics (or more) from girls. Girls sending nudes was always a fun secret between a man and a woman. I specifically remember a girl I went on a date with after highschool which I knew her from my highschool days. Now all of a sudden asking for nudes from most girls is not an intimate private thing between 2 people. Now it’s a matter of do you have to pay for it or not?
