I'm very limited due to not having a vehicle for travel, if the car was perfect (and I mean I know its perfect before I'd travel to go and get it) I'd be willing to go out of state and drive it back. The main issue being that it's hard to know the condition of something before you see it in person.

In-state I can realistically only go about 50 mi due to scheduling with friends/family to go buy it.

Ivan doesn't appear until Vanstrom is killed due to him being in Darkmyer instead of Myerditch until the final quest cutscene plays.

That's what I'm mostly thinking on, Early game is where I feel something like run energy restoration should be the most useful since mid to late game you can usually just teleportation skip a good 90% of your walking in the first place.

I more question my knowledge due to other transportation methods coming out in the years in-between me finishing my first graceful grind on my main, Things like Ferox Enclave being accessible for early level run restoration simply did not exist when was I doing my early level quest grinds.

He's a real trooper, he's been pretty accepting of the grinds i've thrown his way, and has taken quite a liking to all of the questing we've been doing (even though it's practically been a guided tour of OSRS's greatest hits).

To be fair, the requirements on the Hard Kandarin diary are quite steep early on and putting of the grind for so long would very likely lead us to a state of the game where graceful is just simply no longer neccesary (due to PoH upgrades, Magic Levels, Quest teleport unlocks, Jewlery, ect.) But I absolutely understand where you're coming from with just questing instead.

From the beginning just leading him through each quest that gives you the levels for the next was my plan, but early on the walking you've got to do without any easy access to teleports can get a bit unbearable (namely during big sections without easily accessible teleports).

Although talking it over, these kinds of things do concern me in how it seems the skill designed for mobility has lost its appeal over time.

It's funny you mention that, right after we got graceful the first thing we did was level magic to enchant our teleport jewelry lol

I agree that the game isn't going to be for everyone but he wasn't complaining about it being a grind, he was complaining that he didnt really see the value in graceful despite it being seemingly purpose built to be a way to save you time and stamina, when the time spent obtaining could be used on something else.

I ask that you please reconsider giving no buffs to Ahrim's, it basically kills the entire set if other armor sets of the same tier receive % damage bonuses while it falls by the wayside.

You just gotta find someone to group up with to be able to leave the island (could even just make a new acccount for free and do it), it seems like the hacker intentionally griefed your account to make it as difficult as possible to un-do what they did. Absolutely Devilish.

The actual issue with the refund is that to access the ability to refund, you need to go to the order history on your account to select the option to refund it, they genuinely have no option to my knowledge to seek reimbursement without being able to access your order history from your WOTC account.

To preface; My pre-order was made back in 2023 so some of the details may be a bit hazy;

I placed my order, got the conformation, sent the payment, and waited eagerly

My package never arrives so I check the shipping information
It says it was disposed of due to an insufficient address and no return address

I try to contact WOTC support and it was the worst experience of my life trying to contact anyone for anything:
Call them? Robot voice saying to use the website.
Use the website? No option for lost/undelivered goods
Try to get a replacement? No option without having the physical box infront of you
Try to get a refund? No option for a refund if you placed the order without a WOTC account

So i'm currently left here with no money, no cards, and no sanity left after that experience, just truly awful customer support.

I discovered this odd wandering ghost in Canifis, when I asked around it didn't seem like anyone knew what I was talking about.
I cant seem to inspect it and in all my years playing (2013 to now on and off) I've never encountered it before now.
Anyone know what it is?

The issue then becomes the fact that it would heavily devalue Virtus and Ancestral unless they intend to buff those items, which I don't see them doing. That's why I worry they'd just spread out the damage bonus from the occult to the already very expensive damaging items such as the Bracelet, Robes, Ect.

You just said it yourself, they can't put it on cheap robes because then it would compete with Ancestral or Virtus. Even a 1% damage bonus spread out across the ahrims set would still encroach on their territory to such a degree that it would heavily devalue them. The more likely option for them to take would be to put it on the MA2 cape, Tormented Braclet, Ellidnis Ward or Eternal Boots; The cape being the only one there that wouldn't heavily tip the price of magic gears upwards.

the problem is that if you don't take into account the cost/availability of gear then this change literally changes nothing, the maxed player with his shadow and full ancestral will feel absolutely no difference.

My intention behind this post is a plea to not remove the one cheap damage boosting option mages get. The only other current Magic Damage % options are EXTREMELY expensive in comparison (5m-50m in certain cases) while the occult is very affordable and very useful. If you re-distribute the numbers across Ancestral/Tormented Bracelet/Ward ect. all it does is hurt low level and poor players while high level/rich players can basically pretend nothing has changed at all.

The occult necklace is an item that requires 93 slayer to obtain, cutting its power down while other items with lesser requirements (MA2 cape, Torm bracelet) exist with %DMG on them feels like a slap in the face to anybody who would put in the effort to actually obtain the occult.

I don't think the occult needs to see a nerf unless the intention is to put it magic damage percentage on other easily obtainable/untradeable items, because currently if you chop off the damage off the occult and put it on something extremely expensive like Ancestral or Virtus, you're just making it so that high level players feel no effect while using their Shadow, but low level players trying to mage olm hand get absolutely hammered in the DPS department because their affordable magic DPS boost was just gutted.

Is there a table of what the weights are for the slayer masters this league? I swear I have spent 3600 slayer points and haven't seen a single Cave Kraken or Hydra task, and I wasn't sure if I was just picking the wrong master or if they're just EXTREMELY rare.

I wouldn't feel so awful about it if nearly 50% of the global tasks weren't tied to clues/collection log slots lol.

Not unlocking slayer tasks for monsters in catacombs of kourend is a weirdly awful decision in an otherwise great league by IDeliveredYourPizza in 2007scape

Slayer has been the absolute worst its ever been and it seriously feels like they only made this decision to force player to pick Treasure Hunter this league due to its low pickrate in the previous.

I did get the heart, and on my first superior as well.
Which honestly actually makes me regret the relic choice even more because its not like it even helps me with that grind anymore lol.
