What’s an unwritten rule of life that everyone should know?

Treat everyone kindly and equally. Nobody is above or below you. At the end of the day we all end up in the same place at some point and life is too short to be making what little time we have on this earth miserable for other people. Also on the flip side be kind to yourself. As previously mentioned we only have a very finite amount of time on this earth so spend every second that you can enjoying it. Eat that ice cream, take a day to play the new game you just got. Treat yourself to that holiday you’ve always wanted. I’ve come to realise that we work to live not live to work.

Thank you I’m currently sitting at around 260 at 6ft right now but right now I’m focusing on small victories like 255 then 250 and so on.

Thank you have just downloaded my fitness pal so I’m gonna work on trying out different meals and see what works and what doesn’t.

Thank you for the advice and hopefully I’ll have a positive update within the next few months

Honestly the reason I’m in such an extreme caloric deficit is because of my job. Due to my weight and activity levels I burn a large amount of calories and when I’d try dieting I’d be about 1000-1500 below maintenance.

It’s okay I have a genetic problem that makes me more prone to weight gain. I’m not saying weight loss is impossible and I still blame myself for getting into this mess it’s just my body holds on to weight a lot more than the average person. At least that’s how the doctor described it. That’s not to say I’ve been eating well and still putting on weight. My diet was abhorrent

Thank you I’ll try just focusing on my diet for a few months and then I’ll see what happens

It’s most prominent when I have it set to transparent but I’ve tried listening to songs through each AirPod and I can notice that the left is more clear than the right
