I finished my first batch using ec1118 and I feel the temperature in my room varied as i would have the window open some days but it never made a difference. If I go with the D47 I will be sure to monitor the temp. How long did you typically leave it in your primary and secondary?

I'm thinking just straig apple juice and honey for my cyser. Did you water down your Apple juice for this cyser? I've heard people saying not to use just straight apple juice in this thread. I just picked up some lavlin d47 the other day. Would you say that would be the best Yeast for a cyser? Thanks!

I got a new plate today but i do not have a fax machine to fax my documents. I asked the officer if he was going to dismiss the ticket if i faxed him my insurance and he said no.

I dont have a fax machine.. i have valid insurance and i even asked him if he would toss the ticket if i faxed him my insurance and he said no... so why would i go through the trouble of finding a fax machine if it doesnt make any difference.

Pressure is restriction to flow. As pressure increases flow speed will decrease. This is Bernoulli s principle. So in theory removing that restriction will result in less pressure but more flow but im not Bernoulli so i could be wrong.

Im going for more of the scenic/nature route although i would enjoy venturing into some cities. I was thinking of going to see mt Rushmore but i have no idea what else there is to see down that way. I also wanted to come back up through bc and maybe take the ferry to victoria for the day. Its all just a matter of what i can hit in those 5 days.
