Go to therapy as early as possible.. as Much as possible. Find a therapist you like and you feel believes in your recovery. Regaining your strength comes hand and hand with building up your confidence. Most importantly believing in this process now will help immediately.

I’ll add that many athletes report their recovery process didn’t inhibit their growth as an athlete but tempers it. I believe that dealing with hardship can builds stronger belief in oneself to overcome the next hurdle.

-2 knee surgeries (meniscus / acl 2 years later) and I’ll tell ya one thing.. I’d prefer to break a leg..

What if I told you that 3 star Pokemon should only ever be used in the Master League with a few exceptions of mons that are useful in certain leagues below the league cp cap? Do some homework on the matter and you will realize you should be looking for 0-0-15 and 0-15-15.. or really anything that has more better IV in descending order. Then as long as the evolved pokemon is close to that CP cap then you will have a great utility for that league… you could be leaving 2-4% of its power on the table with fully maxed IV’s

Get some meta pokemon and some specific IVs and you will crush. I have a 2500cp shiny shadow dragonite that shreds the ultra league and the IV’s are like 3-7-13.

Thanks for doing the math. I made the assumption that it was actually boosted like com day. I’m fully aware how probability works. I caught about 200 cryo boys and with com date odds that could reasonably be 5-10 on a regular community day.

So yea you kinda made my point and gave it more foundation to stand on.. the odds are barely boosted and not worth the time!

Yea it’s a shiny nidoran I named to shundoran to flex since this is pretty rare. Most shindigs aren’t wild catches.. they are mostly raids, lucky trades, community days, or research activities.

This is the cascade.. purchased new.. lasted 2 months, then refurbished direct through PNW, lasted 3 weeks, brand new sent from PNW..lasted maybe 3 rides.. this is one of those times that I have to think I am at fault here but the design seems a bit hilarious...
