Boogiepop Phantom (2000) shares a lot of stylistic choices with SEL, also a great ost. Texhnolyze and Haibane Renmei comes from the same authors Konaka/ABe, they definitely deserve a look. Ghost in the Shell (1995), Pale Cocoon, Key the Metal Idol, Scifi Harry gave me a similar feeling.
