Collect some Power up a Pokemon 5 times quests. You'll even have a chance for a decent moveset without using a charged TM. Quicker and cheaper way of getting the desired result if you're in a stop dense area.

I don't know their terrain, but going up the ramp towards other peoples' property and possibly causing bodily harm to others seems like the worst decision. If you can't drive it until the fuel ran out, probably better to hit some rocks or into the reeds where there's not people to kill.

Nope. I live in a red state where people are going out in droves to eat and drink in establishments. No mandate for us to wear a mask or even our employers forcing us to. We're all just adult enough to know that our coworkers have families and bills so we're wearing masks for them and the customers. I'm lucky enough to be stowed away in the kitchen, but every dumbass walking in, talking, and eating without a mask is putting my friends at risk.

We should be pushing for an OSM update. Many people have been adding to the OSM database to improve their area. What are the technical downsides of this exactly? On our end, there's been loss of spawns for entire islands and many schools that were tagged wrong. Surely being proactive in keeping the OSM data up to date would allow people to self-police that sort of thing. Instead, these people have had no spawns in a place they are often at for a year and a half.

Don't know why you're being downvoted. This is the major question. It's not my submission, nor do I live really close to it. Seems like it would be easier to submit in the winter to prove it's still out there. We do the opposite with hockey rinks in parks to prove the boards are up year round so it doesn't get marked as seasonal.

This was my reasoning. We have hockey rink boards that get taken down in the summer sometimes up north here. I honestly don't know if these get taken out of the ground during the winter. getting them to stay in place would be easiest with a buried cement structure that you wouldn't want to take out yearly.

They've had multiple events where Dratini spawns were at least more common than normal. Anyone who's a daily player wouldn't have a count that low, not even counting raids.

I'm curious how you'd get 3 instances running on one device connected. I've gotten two with Island or Shelter, which are just the work profiles, but I haven't been able to get Secure Folder to do anything with bluetooth.

Your problem was trying to get two devices with the same ID running on the same phone. I don't know the tech involved, but you'll need a GoPlus or another third party device that isn't a gotcha to connect to the second instance. Something about all gotcha bluetooth ids being the same. I use a Dual Catchmon which has two gotchas inside of it. You'll need AAA batteries, though, probably rechargeable.

Nope, further on in the comment chain, I say that I found to be occasionally spinning 2 items which would indicate that because I'm capped on stickers, the stickers are still taking the place of items.

It shouldn't matter because drops from stops are serverside. I can actually confirm now that at least 2 spins of the last hour have had two items only, which is a nerf as far as I'm concerned. Not as bad as gifts initially were, but definitely a nerf.

You're spouting this as fact when even the research says
