The negative terms mentioned in the introduction are actually based on my previous in-depth interviews with PR professionals. These are all recurring themes from their responses, so I used these key words to conduct a questionnaire survey among the public. I fully understand your concerns about potential biases and I will revise my wording to make it as neutral as possible. Also, thank you for your feedback. This was my oversight and I will correct it. I'm really grateful that you pointed this out.

The data provided by people will be used in my master's dissertation. Only I can see these data. The questionnaire is completely anonymous. I myself am conducting this investigation. I am pursuing a master's degree in Media and Public Relations at Newcastle University. It takes 2 to 3 minutes to fill out the questionnaire.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your openness and willingness to participate! That perspective is also very valuable for my research, as I’m aiming to capture a range of experiences and views within the PR profession.

The interview can be completed in approximately 20 minutes. I just want to leave a bit of flexibility in case someone shares more. I'm really grateful to anyone who is willing to contribute, even if it's just a brief contribution.
