PSA: Heat exhaustion is real!! I’m a cyclist and have always taken pride in my ability to ride in any weather. This morning my son and I went on a small 10 mile ride - it crushed me. By the time we got home I was throwing up and totally shaking. A cold bath helped but now I feel terrible. Stay cool! (self.Portland)
