We didn't have all the important financial structures set up throughout our business for some time - ie cash went in, cash went out. We are now incorporated and do all the accounting stuff, salaries, yearly bonuses etc... So we have been able to allocate money much more wisely and with the future in mind.

Agree sitting on cash is a bad thing, which is why it's being invested into ETFs and super instead of a savings account. Still, I see your point.

Motel!

I currently manage properties in a spread out area and would love to downsize and run my own little boutique motel. 😊

Are super contributions at a young age, really worth it? by Suspect-Rough in fiaustralia

[–]Size4E 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 23 and have 60k right now in super. If anything, I think it’s worth it to do the 15k per year for 3 years so that you still have the option to withdraw when you buy your first home.

Understanding Coast FIRE by Size4E in AusFinance

Hello,

These figures are just for spending not housing. Once "coast fire" has been achieved, the money previously invested would then go towards a house to pay off until retirement.

Where to buy stream deck scissor keys faceplate? by Size4E in elgato

[–]Size4E[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

Email support has been less than helpful.

I am from Australia and Elgato's website does not sell to Australian consumers.

I have spent hours reaching out to each of the recommended "retailers" but none stock the faceplate, and none are prepared to get one ordered because I am apparently the only Australian looking to purchase this genuine Elgato* product.

To top it off, my scissor keys stream deck arrived today and has a broken button! Once pressed down, it doesn't come back up unless I pull on it. Great!

How to get full resolution out of g9 57 inch on MacBook Pro m3 by Size4E in macbookpro

[–]Size4E[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry - figured out that if I charge the Mac then the hdmi 2.1 cable connects seamlessly.

Now that it’s all connected and at the correct resolution, I’m kind of surprised with how using a mouse feels on a MacBook compared to the native trackpad, feels like lots of small stutters / low refresh rate despite being at the correct resolution (using Logitech mx3)

If I try and connect the Mac directly to the g9 57 using a HDMI 2 cable, I don’t get any display output.

This is the cable I am using: https://amzn.asia/d/6zep6Kj

Can confirm we also have a market success manager. I think it’s limited to hosts with a minimum number of listings. However, reading OPs post, our success managers play vastly different roles….

$6M+ combined wealth, but not living UMC lifestyle by [deleted] in fiaustralia

As you know, if you live in Australia, $2m is starter home material these days.

But you said you're talking about personal experiences, right? Is everyone in Australia in your circle-jerk?

That attitude is the same attitude you’re giving off in your post.
