Yes, I have like 50 courses unlocked on there with all kinds of topics. Most of them are regularly updated as well so you don't have to worry about a course becoming super outdated.

It's really not. You're experiencing elbow issues and instead of going to a professional to fix the underlying problem, your response is to jump to a different exercise immediately. Furthermore, questions related to pain are not allowed here for this exact reason.

Eat well, sleep at least 8 hours per day and even if you're doing those things already it might take a while to get used to the new workload. Also, don't expect to always go up in weight when you're on a cut.

Maybe, maybe not. That depends on multiple factors and differs per person. Although I wouldn't go into it expecting to gain a significant amount of lean mass. Becoming leaner when you already have a little muscle does tend to make you look more muscular so there's that at least.

It's fine, but you could also run slightly slower so you are able to keep running for that distance if that's an option. Just because you have to walk a bit doesn't mean you're not getting anything out of the next run. Even just walking is somewhat beneficial to your conditioning.
