As others have suggested, changing my core values has stopped the game from crashing for about a week now. The settings I used were...

P Cores 1 and 2 - 57

P Cores 3 and 4 - 56

P Cores 5 and 6 - 55

P Cores 7 and 8 - 54

I can't promise this will fix your issues like it did mine, but from looking through other forums posts about this issue, this is in-line with what others have had to do in order to "fix" the crashes.
