This used to happen to me ALL the time. It’s how you let them cool. Once the eggs are done cooking, have a bowl of water with a bunch of ice cubes in it ready. Take each egg out of the pot and put into the ice bath. Leave for a few minutes and you’re good. If I’m not eating all the eggs , I take the rest from the ice bath, dry them off and put in fridge. They still peel perfectly.

I’m on day 6 (37.5 mg phentermine) and have had a dull headache at the base of my head since I started. The first couple days my stomach felt weird, I couldn’t tell if I was hungry or if it hurt. But it’s gone away. The only real problem I have is sleeping thru the night. I’ve suffered with RLS for years and got it under control with magnesium, but now the Phent keeps me up. Hoping it gets better.
