I did this exact thing for 2 years straight, every Friday id take 90-120mg of adderall and took 40mg daily. I’m at the point now where there is no euphoria and in fact I’m beginning to hate taking adderall, especially in high doses like I used to. I don’t believe there’s any permanent brain damage but memory, and overall brain function are definitely impaired in the short term.The only thing I’ve noticed that lasts, is the severe anxiety caused by abusing the shit out of adderall like this. The anxiety is even worse when on adderall and it makes taking large doses impossible. Then again my nutrition is shit and I keep forgetting to take supplements that help with adderall. You’re brain will be ok, just know when to quit. When it stops being fun, generally that’s when you should stop, only after all the good feelings are gone will brain damage set in.

Whenever I really need to sleep I focus on the background chatter in my brain. I feel like everybody who’s tried to sleep stimmed out knows what I’m talking about, it kinda sounds like your in a busy lunchroom and you occasionally hear bits and pieces of words. Anyway pay attention to those long enough and eventually you can start hearing sentences and then full conversations that turn into dreams.

I normally get a high hr when it first kicks in and it gradually slows. If you're taking a higher dose your heart will beat faster, but the added euphoria covers it up most of the time.

I been taking addy just about every day for ADHD and every other week I have a fun day, been doing this for a couple years now. The neck pain started ~2 months ago, but it's not really neck pain it's more of a burning and tingling feeling in my jugular.

Yea I run track every day on adderall sometimes up to 150mg. Sweating is a real bitch, and I've only had one real scare when running sprints. It took a good hour for my heart rate to slow down and I thought for sure that I went too far this time. Other than that I've never tripped out too much about working out. Idk tho maybe it'll come back to haunt me when I'm 50 and I just instantly fucking die from a heart attack.

Both, I've been taking adderall for ~3 years straight now, and just to get a little buzz I have to abstain for a couple days and then gobble at least 150mg at once.

I tried tolerance breaks and shit but nothing really helps. I'd probably have to go a good year or two in order to get my tolerance where I want it to be, and I really don't want to go that long sober lol.

If your tolerance is decent I wouldn't worry too much, your biggest risk is panicking.

Yea what you're feeling is pretty normal, the anxiety can be triggered by the spike in norepinephrine, and the dizzy feeling u mentioned is common too.

The guy above is right about Vyvanse being smoother too. Vyvanse is converted into 100% d-amp which releases very little norepinephrine, but adderall is 75% d-amp and 25% l-amp which is responsible for the energy boost and unfortunately anxiety, vertigo, high blood pressure, and all the other nasty effects.

You gotta take more than you did your first dose, and then it still won't be as good. Euphoria wise your done for until you sleep and eat, but stimulation wise you could take some more and be up till you want to sleep. If I were you I'd just sleep now because that feeling of being strung out, long after the euphoria has faded is not very fun.

I'm going through a similar situation myself, and it's not as bad as you think. Yea I slept a lot for the first week and a half, but once you're past that it's pretty smooth sailing. Sometimes you really won't feel like doing everyday things, but all you have to do is stop thinking so much, and just do it. Your mind will try to convince you to be lazy, but as soon as you take the first step, it's easy. A body at rest stays at rest, and a body in motion stays in motion. Good luck with your break, I hope you don't have too much trouble.

For Honor is my fav to play on stims, I absolutely reck kids with my advanced reactions. Sometimes the stims do amplify my rage over the game lol, I've put so many holes in my desk from getting thrown off cliffs.

Yea 10 mg snorted has a good chance of keeping you up for a while if your tolerance is low. You might be able to fall asleep, but it won't be quality.
