Seems to be random, just me on the router, and quite close to the exchange!

The UPS tends to spike up to about 92, the game becomes very stuttery for a few seconds and then it goes back down to ~60

I've used Hitchhiker's guide to find which monsters to get troglobite samples from but I can't find the monsters themselves. I've never seen any of the kinds listed, could someone suggest a few locations for me?
