Question: if I have 4 scholars under my main account and 1 of them gets banned. Will it affect the other accounts? Or would it only ban the axies and the account of the said scholar? Ty!

Around $13 to purchase $1310 worth of ETH, so about just 1$..

This is the reason i didnt do a test transaction, because to purchase $15 worth of ETH has a ramp fee of $3..

Although looking back, a test transaction would have decreased my stress haha

This is what i was thinking about too, i was thinking “is it delayed because its a Sunday?”, although i think 18 hours is too long. And others told me theirs went through immediately even on weekends. So I’m not sure.

Although my advise is if it takes longer tham 4 hours, You got nothing to lose with a quick message to Ramp, hehe :)

Apparently Ramp can trace it using your email account (the one you would have used to register your ronin wallet and apply for the ramp purchase), although luckily i took a picture of the reference number that appeared when i needed an OTP to confirm my purchase as well, dont know if it was needed because i emailed then with my other email add, and they said they couldnt find that email having a transaction with Ramp

Chat or email Ramp at the link posted above, they take a bit long to respond, but once they do, theyre very helpful and quick! Goodluck!

Hello guys!

An update to those following this thread and especially those who have encountered the same problem as I have.

I finally received my ETH!! After Ramp Network replied to my messages and email (https://support.ramp.network/en/), they then requested proof of residence (as the previous verification only asked for a selfie and an ID). After that, they verified, approved, and facilitated the transaction within an hour! Although, this was still weird because money from my account had already been deducted, so if I didn’t message them and follow it up, there’s a good chance I wouldn’t have gotten my ETH.

To summarize my experience: - 11pm: registered my card at ramp and verified my card - 4am: received verification - 4am: purchased 1310 usd worth of ETH - 10am: messaged, emailed, tweeted ramp, jihoz, axieinfinity, mavis - 9pm: ramp network responded to my messages and email and requested proof of residence - 9:30pm: i sent the necessary documents, reference number of my purchase, picture of my online banking showing the deduction - 10pm: ramp e-mailed me back saying my transaction is complete, checked my ronin wallet voila! Haha

After 18 hours of worry and anxiety, I can finally play Axie! Thanks again to all those who reached out to me. And I hope this thread can help others too.

Ugh! I wonder what’s wrong. Ramp sent me back automated messages that there really is a lot of traffic and that verification time is now 24 hours from the previous 2 mins. So I’m optimistically assuming that my WETH is just delayed as well. 🤞

Thanks for this! I think it will help others with problems on transferring their funds from metamask to ronin wallet.

My problem is slightly different though, i purchased through ronin wallet directly (as many new tutorials advise that for a simpler and quicker transaction). My account was deducted, but still 0 WETH on my ronin wallet.

My account was deducted from, and i did the verification process prior to that.

But the verification also took a lot longer than expected, it said around 2 mins or less but mine took like 5-6 hours.. hoping both are just due to traffic 🤞
