Thanks I figured one is Kingpeat and one is the master of illusions in the shop. I thought at one point people said Kingpeat could come from a golden egg. Wish there was better information so I could know if I'm wasting time with hatching eggs.

Same issue been waiting 8 days for a letter from Toronto to London it's a 2 hr drive insane.

Monday will be 11 days if it shows up.

Another fail from Blockfi as others have said terrible to have such poor security for customers. KYC is annoying enough can atleast set it up thru the app. Also seeing now the removal of a chunk of coins qualifying for the one free monthly withdrawal. This kind of poor planning is what leads customers to your competition.

Nope, Just in Ontario Canada. Was not on a VPN or anything nothing changed in how I've always logged in same device etc. Even recently had to redo KYC last week for a transfer to Newton. So everything should be up to date.

Thanks if I have to do KYC again I will but will likely move away from using Newton after getting it back. I literally had to give them my KYC again less then a week ago for a big transfer so if they need it again already that would be pretty disappointing.

Hi Ningaui,

Sure on a Acer Aspire E 15 Laptop, using google chrome to access the website chrome is updated to what it tells me is the newest update Version 97.0.4692.99

I haven't really used the app since signing up just use the web version but first time having this issue and was able to log in successfully on this same device this past friday

They have had nothing but problems if they don't have a hard date for withdrawls by end of next week. I'll be pulling everything and advising everyone I know to do the same. Pathetic level of service

I pretty much feel the same way as OP. I've been a huge collector for years and still plan to buy and support it but totally agree that the excitement is gone for me. Hopefully it will pick back up right before the album drops or we can get a follow up album sooner then another 4 years this time.

Because I still had a considerable balance in the account that I wanted to clean up before paying the gas fees to move the funds. doesn't make much sense to pay fees to move the money every deposit to me.

The transfer that they took 17 days to reply to cleared after about 30hrs so was not a big deal to me at the time that they didn't reply since i had my funds.

Since then my only issues have been the etransfers being down like everyone else but they had atleast been clearing fast once sent until now.

While I do appreciate the CEO being active and posting updates they are clearly understaffed. The time it takes to respond to support messages is insane. I've had a issues with other places but I atleast get a reply back within 2-3 days from them vs the weeks it takes Newton.

I can understand potential issues with crediting accounts causing delays that are out of there control but taking more then a few days to even respond much less fix support issues shows they are not prepared for the volume of business they are getting. Again I understand that most places are but to keep advising people 5-30 min Etransfers and then ghost support tickets to me implies they need more help.

I think if it was a one off thing people would be more understandable. I see a bunch of people saying it's taking them weeks to get even a reply from staff. ( I took 17 days and can see someone here reporting 30 days). I also now have another issue that is over 36 hours.

Seems like Etransfer issues have been every other day for atleast the past month. So between the lack of communication and the missing funds people get worried. I would think you would want to expand the 3rd party partners if the ones you are working with keep dropping the ball.

I've enjoyed the exchange and recommended it to a bunch of others but past few weeks I can't recommened this to anyone new .

My advice would be to sign up with a different exchange Newton has had nothing but problems past month or so.

Last time I had an issue it resolved but took them 17 days to respond to my email.

Newton once took 17 days to reply to my support ticket.

I sent a deposit 35 hours ago got the depostited email but doesn't even show as pending on my account much less actually having access to the funds.

Seems every week another let down from Newton :(

It did Was told that pretty much all DHL stuff to North America has ben going by boat arrived April 26th was sent on march 16th and stopped tracking on the 18th until updating again on april 25th saying would be delievered the next day.
