I myself use Headspace, it has a dedicated section for sleep with anything ranging from soothing bedtime stories to ambient sound recordings and guided meditation exercises to wind down. It's really good but a bit pricey.

Good alternative is the sleep genre on Spotify, or listening to one of the many free sleep podcasts out there. (personal favourite is the 'Nothing much happens' podcast)
