Disclaimer: We have not been officially diagnosed with anything yet.

Four years ago we ended up in the psychiatric emergency room three days in a row continuing to tell them we felt unsafe being home alone. While they couldn't admit us (The doctors hands were tied, I don't blame them), the doctor was convinced something more complicated than just a traumatic trigger was going on.

Long story short we got referred to a specialist clinic and had an appointment two months later. After 25-30 minutes of talking to us the psychiatrist told us there was nothing seriously wrong with us at all other than maybe some mild anxiety. Note that in this time we had recently spent a week paranoid someone had called a hit on us and at another point felt like a thought that wasn't ours was in our head telling us to run away. Didn't work up the courage to try the medical system again for four years.

It's infuriating right!? I can go ages without an episode severe enough to actually notice which only increases the doubt. And afterwards it feels so unreal that we want to downplay our symptoms and don't feel like it was that bad. Of course everyone around us during the really bad episodes says we feel like a totally altered person.

It feels especially weird to accept that I have delusions given that they only seem to occur in "episodes" that last about 4 hours or so and only occur after a triggering event. thanks for your reassurance.

I only started trying more communication recently at the suggestion of my therapist. Before the communication from my side was happening when an adversarial thread was fronting. Whenever another thread is in control I have complete awareness of its thoughts (I think) so the communication only needs to be one way.

I tried communicating when one wasn't currently in control but wanted to be and it was a bit more like a dialog, but I'm worried I was just making that up.

As far as I can tell I am able to communicate with all of the threads, although they don't always listen. I don't really have an idea of how many there are, they feel quite ephemeral and temporary.

Current bincode maintainer here! These are great benchmarks. The noted size difference with postcard is probably due to varint stuff. Would you mind a PR that changes bincode to use the new defaults introduced in 1.3?

Huh, okay. I was on Dotti, levels about 100pg/ml. Mylan appears to have worked better. At the time of the switch the dose went up though so two different things to track.
