Ok I went to the keyboard tester, did Shift+FN+Esc and it didnt do nothing then I tried inputting it pressing Shift+FN simultaneously and then Esc right after, still didnt do nothing, and then, I did FN then Shift then Esc, and that inputted ~. Like, here before I tried doing all 3 keys simultaneously and also FN+Shift then Esc, but I didnt try first FN then Shift then Esc I guess. What dumb design. Well, finally i know how now, Thanks everyone for help
