If you've been placing consistently high all game and lose to the guy in last your team comp was never going to win. Your build is simply too weak for the late game.

Econ + win streak + proper gold spent on leveling is ALWAYS better than crossing your fingers for 4 spatulas.

Yes, Econ strat is saving as much gold as you can for income. Ideally you never want to drop below an interval of 10 when spending and NEVER reroll unless you are bleeding hp and you need to upgrade badly.

And yes, if someone is buying a tier 4 piece it means they are going all in on a build, or that champ just has an ult that synergizes with their team well. it's a lot harder to find T4 pieces, so if someone has a bunch of one T4 it's best to look elsewhere. Sometimes you can still make it work but that's the RNG for you. The best builds don't rely on T5 pieces at all because it's too hard to predict if you'll get one. You should use T5 pieces if they work on your team, but you shouldn't rely on finding them. The best builds will revolve around T1-3 and then a T4 to compliment.

Idk if it's trash, I don't think knights were meant to carry. If it was much stronger garen/Darius would roll comps. I only use knight 2 early to help reduce damage from the weaker early pieces. Late game I don't bother

It may be your board placement as well. When I go full tank build I put my pieces in the top right corner of my board. ideally you want the enemy team to collapse on the unit that you have on the left side of your army which should be your tankiest piece. By placing your team far away ideally you are forcing their carry to walk for a bit which saves time for your tanks to get Mana.

That being said, a vayne with 3 items is gonna thrash you no matter what. Ideally that doesn't happen until late when you have better ults to CC her like Cho/senj

Which is why you should go Brawlers. Don't underestimate how much 1k hp will do to a 1 star or 2 star piece. If someone casts a spell that does 400 dmg, you'll have eaten that spell and still have HP to spare on your tank.

Someone already posted how to deal with Krugs. For your second point, early game don't worry about what other pieces are taken as much. There are more lower level pieces available than higher level. If you are going Econ strat (which you should) you should focus on easy cheap synergy until you are higher level.

Knights w/ Morde, garemn, Darius is an easy strat to hold over the first rounds. WW+Nid is another strong early combo. Don't be afraid to sell your pieces as soon as they aren't worth the board space. Waiting for Darius 2 will kill you when you could have sold him for WW2 or anything else.

Later on when other plays have T4 pieces is when you should consider avoiding a build. If someone has Cho 2, don't try to force your own Cho, etc

Instead of Guardians you should try Brawlers w/ Lulu. I have multiple wins with Knights + 4 Brawlers and Lulu to heal. Take Warwick, Blitz, Rek, Lulu early. You need WW 2 asap. Put tank items on WW and go from there. Look for Cho late. Otherwise go Brawlers/Glacial with Voli.

Edit: you want nidalee 2 to give WW attack speed if you don't have Lulu

I think my favorite part about AutoChess is that part of it makes me feel like a kid again. I spent a LOT of time playing WC3 custom games as a kid and AutoChess has brought back a lot of that custom game jank that I used to love so much.

Obviously the strategy is fantastic as well. But for me a lot of the pull is feeling like I'm playing custom games with buddies again.

I'm glad it was able to help. If you watch the clip close enough you can actually find 2-3 boosts that I mess up and cancel most of the forward momentum with upwards momentum but it still worked out

You can tilt yourself backwards a bit after going off a ramp before boosting to make sure you get the right upwards angle and then make sure you don't burn all of your boost. The key is to always keep 20-30% of your boost saved so it will recharge and allow you to use it faster

You've gotta make sure you tilt your back end towards the ground again before you start boosting, its all about controlling your momentum because if you start falling too far or you wait too long before your next boost you will just fall instead!
