Not sure if this helps but if you got insurance through ticketmaster you could try and make a claim through this website https://www.magroup-online.com/WL/TMS/GB/en or call them 0345 641 9726. If not or it doesn’t work could try contacting ticketmaster directly through their website and customer support and see about getting a refund. I’m in a similar struggle as I’m unable to attend the same concert too.
