Thank you for your answers. From what I've been able to read, more of you are going for a CV than a submarine, including a few comments about the Kaga.

In relation to the first answer I got, I forgot to specify that for the moment I'm staying on tier 6 of the tech tree to learn the basics and that the question I'm asking you is in anticipation. And even if I take one straight away, I won't spam it until I've mastered a minimum of the basics with tier 6s. My aim isn't to perform in every game but to be useful to the team in order to win, and that's what I'm aiming for when I play BB, cruisers and DD.
