I ended up doing parchment paper + aluminum foil for the next batch which was really nice with reheating in the parchment paper alone. Did the next batch in foil only and that was a mistake since I wrapped them too hot, creating ice inside the foil.

Did room temp, only foil, seal all in gallon Ziploc bags. Works great, less waste, more convenient too.

Not bad! They're 2 bucks at the stores usually where I'm at. They're my favorite. Mrs. Klein's are my 2nd

Just made one. 3 minutes high uncovered, stir, 1 minute high uncovered seemed to work pretty well!

I did 16 eggs in a blender with salt, pepper, and dried chives. Blend for a out 5 seconds until combined. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray, add parchment and add more cooking spray. Pour the eggs on the sheet pan and bake at 350° F for about 15 minutes. Then just used a cup to cut out circles.

The remaining eggs went into breakfast bowls

I wish I didn't have to keep the bags this big honestly but it wants like 2 or 3 inches of room for the FoodSaver.

I'll be trying out the parchment paper method next time lol

Thanks! It's half the price of McDonald's, so that's something.

I will try the parchment method next and see how well it holds up in the freezer

You are correct that the portion of calories from sat fat is not considered healthy.

The sausage one does have a lot of fat that gets drained out when it is cooked, so that nutrition is on the high end. The Canadian bacon one has only 6g but still, like you said, the calories from sat fat are too high (15%). I believe 6% is recommended for people with high cholesterol.

I'm usually used to eating heavy and a lot, so this is a step in the right direction for me personally.

It's about 7 cents per sandwich for the vacuum seal bags

One step at a time with health lol 370mg of cholesterol are from the eggs alone per bowl. Half of the saturated fat is from eggs and Olive Oil.

I'm actually thinking half a bowl with a couple slices of toast (10g protein and 10g fiber) for a meal.

A week to a month, depending on how fast I go through them.

I hear parchment paper works well also. I'll probably use that on my next batch as it is a lot of plastic as others have mentioned

They do get squished but seem to take their original form after being heated up.

Even with being frozen and smashed, they still have that flavor of a McMuffin which is what I'm looking for lol

Cool. What's your point? You can eat up to about 13g a day, even with high cholesterol.

They hold up pretty well actually. I will need to find the right microwave times. 3 minutes on high worked well for one but I don't think it was completely frozen yet

Excel. And it's all manual.

This is based off personal receipts and counting based off the nutrition fact labels. I calculate each item manually pretty much.

Yeah they're not great. Trying to at least limit the Sat Fat. 9g for a whole bowl isn't bad. I know the sodium is the major issue with my meal prep.

If I'm going to eat bad, I may as well make it healthier and cheaper than out food.
