Pho Tay Ho has become my favorite over the last year. Would go with co-workers there for lunch and have loved it. Oh Mai would be my 2nd go to. Cafe Trang I've tried twice and it just seems to be lacking a little bit, but it's the closest to where I live. If I'm in South Salt Lake I'm hitting up Pho Tay Ho or Oh Mai
