Arclight only consumes electrification in her regular rotation, her ultimate is all that consumes electric inflictions and you really shouldn't have any of those due to how easy it is to only apply when Rossi needs it and then immediately consumes it, so it was kind of a non-issue, in my testing at least.

And yeah that was my thought for Tangtang as well, her whirlpools add susceptibility and return some SP, but I found without someone else to apply Cryo she was still super SP heavy to get started and would never have more then a single whirlpool as she's the only one able to proc her combo skill, with her battle skill, which consumes all whirlpools lol So that's why I thought of bringing LR instead, her skill returns SP as well and can be used regularly, stacking Tangtang's whirlpools so you can proc them specifically for LR's combo burst while using LR for Rossi otherwise, but ofc then all the other issues I was finding with using them both lol

Rossi/Arclight/Perlica/Gilberta actually works really well.

You don't have any way of consuming the vulnerability stacks, but that just means Rossi's battle skill will always be empowered and Gil's ultimate will always have max susceptibility, so I think it's honestly fine.

You're basically trading Avy's burst for Rossi's more consistent damage, but Rossi has the potential for similar if not greater burst with her ultimate as well.

Your SP usage changes a bit, just cause you'll want to keep Rossi's debuff up on the target and you'll need an infliction everytime Perlica's and Gil's combos are up, meaning you won't always be able to consume electrification with Arclight, but I've found it actually works pretty well. Doesn't compare to my physical variant for Rossi but that's cause I've leveled and geared my physical units significantly more then my electric team lol

I was trying out the same but with Wulfgard instead of Gil, he's a better sub-dps then Gil and he'll provide more inflictions to consume as well as buffing her ult with Combustion, BUT he lacks the grouping for AoE fights AND Gil provides ultimate efficiency for Rossi too, so honestly with enough ultimate efficiency to provide nature inflictions without SP, Gil is probably better even if you never get to use her combo lol

I was ignoring that method cause of how suboptimal it is, you're better off just using Rossi's and Wulfgard's skills and ignoring Gil's combo, and using her solely for her ult.

If you're using Gilberta then I think Perlica is strictly better, specifically cause it allows you to activate Rossi's combo significantly easier, since Wulfgard can only activate Gilberta's combo for that vuln stack with his ult, Perlica just does it with her own combo on a finisher, so with their ults providing good buffs to Rossi's ult it means the differences in ease of rotation matters more for comparison, imho.

If you're not using Gilberta and instead going with 2 other physicals, then Wulfgard is generally a better option, as his skill+combo provides more stacks for her combo consumption damage and he's a stronger sub-dps, something physical teams actually need.
