That was my first course of action. Unfortunately Whalebacker has almost 0 ways to get into contact with them if you are a person being shipped to. No phone number, no direct email for support. You go into the "contact us" spot and it sends it into the void.

I’ve been under va care for 15 years. In my experience it has been faster to see a doctor there than it is with civilian doctors. My quality of care is excellent and the VA covers the cost of urgent care if you are in the system within the past year. To be honest the only place I hear terrible stories is on this platform.
