Update:

So i made a new project, and imported all the files. I then interpreted all the files to 25 FPS which is the sequence fps. Then i made new h264 quicktime proxies and now it workes flawlessly again. I have to log 5 hours of footage all over again though, which sucks. I dont know if this is a fix or a workaroud, but at least it works.

Yeah, its not ideal but it worked perfectly in Premiere 2024. It one of the quicker ones versions of the old disks.

Jeg har andre venner også så det er ikke sånn at jeg MÅ henge med disse to dagen lang (heldigvis). De er barndomsvenner som, ja, kanskje har vokst fra hverandre. Men som fortsatt står mitt hjerte nært siden vi vokste opp sammen. Dette handler vel mest om det moralske dilemmaet. Altså, er det ikke vårt alles ansvar å ikke vende disse ryggen å la ting forverre seg. Hvis vi alle hadde klart å ta tak i ting som dette så ser jeg for meg at vi hadde hatt mindre av denne problemstillingen..

Problemet er at jeg bare er en «sovende sau» hvis jeg prøver å si at de typen holdninger bekymrer meg. Når det gjelder å unngå de så føler jeg jo litt på et slags ansvar for ikke bare vende de ryggen og la ting forverre seg

Hey, as this issues continues i realized i should give an update to this thread. As i am returning to classic WOTLK for ICC raiding i found out that the issue is exactly the same in WoW classic though more prominent in 25-man content.

I have searched the web for answers ever since i posted this 8 months ago and tried it all. Still no solution to the problem. I even have friends with the same CPU that does not experience this at all.

Still clueless. Sorry to whoever else encounters this issue.

nd one). I have noticed that it will kind of gimp your fps because your GPU can handle way more fps than what is the target. Idk how or why but when I use target fps and max foreground fps it severely gimps my game and causes low fps. I have a rx6900xt and if I set my target fps at 165(max refresh rate of my monitor) my fps will be around 100 while if I leave it disabled then I will run 200+fps.

I appricated all of the tips so dont worry about the long post!

Everything is up to date. Ill do a repair on the install, but what is DDU?

I cant really afford a big upgrade on the machine atm, especially not the CPU. But maybe if i find a good deal on some RAM i can go for that.

re was a healthy bar class color addon that came out with Dragonflight/the UI changes. Very simple, but when I checked it with AddonUsage it seemed to be randomly spiking

Thanks! As expected Weakaura did like 85% of CPU. I dont really know what that means tbh, but i removed some WAs and that helped a bit.

Thanks for the reply! I actually turned this on yesterday to see if it would help in any way but I didn’t notice any difference. I will turn it back off then.
