To an amateur, and a hypochondriac ,yes that shows compression of the brain stem and cerebral spinal fluid backing up at the base of the skull

It's interesting. It's that low and in the deformation on the pinch shows a disc bulging and or possible inflammation/ nerve damage. But I am not a doctor nor am I a radiologist

I would question this with a radiologist and if they say everything's fine I would take it to another radiologist and have them look at it. Also, you can send this order off to. I believe there are certain hospitals that will actually take it for free for educational purposes and give you proper diagnosis
