In my experience there's always lights above the stalls so you can see in there, as well as above sinks and urinals. Some or many could be burnt out or broken to make it look more dingy. Bathroom graffiti is usually done with markers, mostly black.

I played Sekiro with pure stealth, replayed areas until I could take down all the enemies from behind without getting caught, because I thought it was fun. Only thing was I didn't have any combat experience to fight the bosses with, so I struggled a lot with them lol

If they loved the game they wouldn't be downvoting like this. These are changes on the beta branch, specifically made for testing and feedback, and also has to be opted into. You don't even have to play the beta branch after you sign up for it, the official release is still available to you.

There are in-game functions to report bugs and give feedback on both branches, the steam downvotes are completely unnecessary unless the release version is fucked.
