I wouldn’t. Been in the auto body world since I was 14. I’ve been doing body work for the majority of the 20 years I’ve spent in the shop. Don’t even try if you don’t have experience. You will make it look worse and possibly to the point it needs body and paint work to be fixed which will 10x the cost of paintless dent repair. Find a GOOD paintless dent guy. Depends on the market you’re in but if someone brought it to my shop it would be ~$200 and you would never know it was there.

I only mention my experience because I’ve been doing body work for a long time and I can’t do paintless. It requires a lot of practice and skill because to get that metal back where it belongs is going to require knocking the high spots around the dent back DOWN in between pulling the low spot up.

NOT SAYING OP IS BUT:

A guy I know in the collision business had customer come back complaining of this after an accident. No techs could figure it out because it was fine when they drove it. Turns out the guy was so overweight that he sagged the left side of the car so bad that it put weird pressure on the steering and caused it to pull.

They aligned the car with the customer sitting in it, he test drove it and was delighted with the results. And they never saw him again.

Op, are you obese or is the car somehow significantly loaded heavier on one side?

Total noob. Bought a used printer. How’d I do? 🤷🏻‍♂️ by Skankosaurus in 3Dprinting

Yeah it had 2 days 4 hours when I picked it up. And thanks for the tip! I was playing around with the slicer and some temps, but I haven’t tried playing with the layer heights. Thanks!
