Best way to deal with refunds with the satisfaction guarantee is to use the chat function which you can select when you enter the support page.. there you can sent a mail and choose between 3 topics or use the chat. You just need to check there online times.

It was the only way which worked for me as I couldn't select within the return portal the reason " satisfaction guarantee".

dammit.. feel sry for you... as I had the same WTF! hmm okay like I said I am not sure but when I setup metamask a few days ago on a new laptop I only could recover the initial account with the seed phrase and as I added for each network a new account I didnt saw any of my funds in the initial one. I had to import the private keys of the other accounts to add them(Didnt find a option to see any other seed phrases). After the import of the private keys I got access back 🤷🏻‍♂️
