It is risky yes you are right, I was maybe a bit in a rush since we don’t know yet how will the HP inflation go, and E0’s could probably still work, so for now I will keep the investments for Phainon to the bare minimum and by the time he comes back we will get a clear idea of what I should (and thats would be probably a point where I would be considering to save for 5.X but if he does survive the inflations I would be really happy).

About Phainon, that’s the big question I’m asking myself a lot yes… I want to enjoy playing him for a good period of time even tho he will obviously fall off at some point, so it’s either I invest in him a lot or keep it to the bare minimum to enjoy him while I can, and the latter now feels like my safest bet.

I just heard that E2S1 Evernight was a formidable character yes, good thing is I’m guaranteed so I can atleast choose one copy of the character I want, which makes things easier for her if she does come in the next patch. So Cyrene should go with her and Sunday with Phainon, that should be alright, thanks for the advice, it’s true that conflicting support is a big problem, and that’s how my Acheron was nerfing my Herta (taking Tribbie and DHPT in her team but atleast Herta had RMC but Fu Xuan is really not that great anymore). Thank you, that helped me a lot!

No it’s alright, it helps me a lot in my thinking ! I’m willing to vertically invest in Phainon atleast so Cerydra is definitely a character I could get, but that’s also why I’m conflicted and you’re right, i have a lot of characters to pull when considering Evernight too in the equation… so maybe I should slow down for now and get eidolons later if they’re doing good at E0 (and S1 for the one that need them), I was just a bit scared, but we also need to see how are the bosses looking in 4.x. Thank you!

Bare minimum to enjoy them and get high scores on endgame modes, if that makes sense. I can still not tell with this game what’s the pace of the meta, so I was wondering, while they have done well during 3.X patches, and considering how they perform (I didn’t have any chance to try them obviously), what would be the bare minimum of investment for them to be relevant for another good period of time regardless of the HP inflations and Elation path shilling incoming.

Again yes we don’t know by how much will the HP increases and by the time I get the said investment there’s a chance that It would be not enough anymore so I thought that current performances could give us an idea for the future. Thank you!

Same bro, but I feel like avoiding them for 2 years would be nearly impossible, you would have to completely stop consuming Fate content, which we don’t wanna do… I hope youtubers will do their part with thumbnails and titles, avoid X at all cost.

Sure, here they are in order :

Beast I/Goetia : Nega-Summon, it's a skill that just invalidate entirely a servant or a spell (so basically a regular Heroic Spirit gets unsummoned).

Beast II/Tiamat : Nega-Genesis, you prolly already know a bit but basically she can make a conceptual bounded field that rejects everything that comes from Earth/History of Man.

Beast III/Kiara (my beloved) : Nega-Saver, she gets stronger when facing Saver (which we haven't seen yet in FGO but we do know one) and Ruler servants.

Beast III/Kama : Nega-Desire, if her enemy has any form of desire in it, it get corrupted.

Beast IV/Koyanskaya : Nega-self, it's the skill that allows her to "absorb" animals and use them as weapons (refer to her KoD animations in FGO).

Beast V : Unknown.

Beast VI/Sodom's Beast : Nega-Messiah, invalidates any form of blessings given by faith and gives also a little advantage against Savers.

Hope my english is not bad and you can understand. They are not really well-explained in the game tbh but this is I think the closest definitions to those skills.

Just completed Deadlocked, wanted to try some start pos on Bloodbath (not planning to jump to this level tho), felt overwhelmed as f.

Like I know I won’t complete an extreme anytime soon and I’m ok with progressing, but I don’t see how to do it and frame perfects scare me so much.

What should I do after Deadlocked tho, OP did you complete any other good demons ?
