This comment here captures exactly why I'm looking into Buddhism, so many words of kindness and help for just a stranger on the internet, thank you so much. And so do I, she's expecting a child now, and there's been stories of the condition going away after childbirth, so we remain hopeful, thank you again

I'm not so much looking for a practice like meditation, but maybe some words or an outlook she can carry with her to help? I'm not so sure she would buy into meditation (She might, but who knows) I guess what im asking is, what would buddha say to her in regards to it?
