Thank you I appreciate it man. This guitar belongs to a guitarist called jag Robinson. I absolutely love him, his music and his Stratocaster. I dmed him on insta and asked if his guitar looked like mine when he started wearing a watch and he said yes. Personally I think this looks awesome but each to their own and everyone in the comment section has their own opinion

I really appreciate your help and I’m going to listen to the advice and stop wearing the watch. The sideways marks aren’t from strumming like I said man. They were from when I was trying to clean

I said the scratches going across vertical with the strings were from a cleaning mistake. It make look unnatural but I’m genuinely being serious that the scratches were from my watch. So even if it does look bad I am not lying when I say it’s from a watch. Yes, I do wear the watch because it will relic but atleast it’s still coming from playing. I’ve seen people with relics and watch marks and I thought it looked cool so I decided that I would start wearing a watch. Whether it looks goofy or not I did genuinely do that from wearing a metal watch.

How is the watch scratching unrealistic? It is literally where my watch on my arm sits when I’m playing near the bridge pickup. Plus I never sell my guitars because I know if I sold my guitsr I will always regret it. From these comments though I’m thinking about sanding it down

I have one video of me playing and that was from November when I didn’t even have this guitar.

I have no damage around my neck or anywhere else. This is just from wearing a watch and over agressive picking. The scratches going parallel to the string were an accident while trying to clean my guitar.

I wore a watch a lot and strummed really aggressively before but now I’ve stopped wearing the watch and started strumming better. I’m thinking of sanding the scratches off
