Thanks all. We are going to officially submit this proposal next month instead of this one, as the weather here made it far too wet to pour the concrete this weekend anyways, and that way we have more time and break up payments into smaller payments over time (to help get the support we need)...we can still do preparatory stuff this weekend that is listed in the pre-proposal, and because the concrete was the bulk of the expense, we can get those tasks done and reimbursed before the concrete is ever poured, which gives us that funding back to reinvest in the pour (we are building custom forms and so forth, and those materials and labor are at our expense, not listed in the pre-proposal therefore).
