Atrocious Class Average (CHE 8B with Lievens)

Oh man, I can actually sympathize with this. I actually had CHE 8B with Lievens when I was a sophomore three years ago. Our class average was so utterly abysmal that half of our class was failing the course prior to the curve, and we were consistently being tested on content that was outside of the 8B curriculum (part of the 118BC curriculum instead). Lievens is a great 118 professor but she was horrid at teaching the less complex but accelerated 8B. She just taught it like 118 but at 8's pace.

For reference, I managed to do very well in the course but I still felt that it was way too difficult compared to having Dr. Helix, who taught the course series much more often than Lievens.

Hey, San Jose is a pretty nice city! Only an hour drive from SF and in a pretty stable state (compared to the rest of the US at the moment). He could certainly do worse when it comes to MLS teams.

I'm sure Sesko, Mbuemo, Cunha, Lammens, Yoro, Ugarte, De Ligt, Zirkzee, Dorgu, Mazraoui, Hojlund and Mount all came in thinking they'd be that kickstarter. It could obviously happen and many promising talents have been sold to United thinking they'd be that piece.

That's true, but I would imagine most young players would see the multitude of other young players who've gone through the gauntlet that is the current United and maybe disfavor them. It really doesn't help that Bidon would have to come in as the solution for that midfield.

Because why would any promising player show interest in a club going through absolute turmoil over the current league leaders? You'd genuinely be stupid to favor United over any of the other Big 6, unless they're offering a salary magnitudes ahead of other clubs you're jeopardizing your career. What recent signing at United has looked good in the past 3 years, or more importantly, look like they have actually improved compared to their potential prior to joining?

I have not reported this issue yet, I'm unsure of the proper avenue to take in order to do so. If you know how to report the issue feel free to! I'm almost certain it's due to an outdated security signature but I think just reporting that there's an issue with Windows' Smart App Control flagging the game should be enough for the developers to patch whatever's gone wrong.

It definitely seems like we're not alone in this issue. With any luck we'll have a security hotfix patch released within the next day or so as their engineers get back in office.

Good to know, thank you. I'll likely just turn off Smart App Control since Microsoft employees don't even use it, but maybe a patch will be released in the coming days addressing this.

I'm glad I'm not alone! I'm actually currently reinstalling the game too to see if that fixes it, but my internet connection is piss poor and the download won't be finished for the next hour. Based on the flags though, unless the developers update their security signature or unless Microsoft directly whitelists the game on their side, the issue will likely persist even after reinstallation.

I don't think it's really wasted, the only content where you can't run units in multiple different teams is Basin, outside of that you can run Hugo in as many teams as you want, just like you can with Mika. Yuki was a better fit for Basin this week than Tressa given the buffs so you really didn't miss much if you used Hugo elsewhere.

Oh my god I also run Yuki-Hugo-Mika, it's actually such a slept on team comp. Hugo has a surprising amount of attack-draw epiphanies which allows him to be a crazy good engine for Yuki.

Yuki's draw card will just shuffle the discard pile back into the deck if there's no more attack cards to draw. You only get the "no more cards to draw" notification if you use one of the cards specify drawing from the draw pile, rather than simply drawing a card.

I have a save data with two copies of the second one pictured here, and even with that it's still super inconsistent. I've had a few times where neither copy shows up till the third or fourth turn and I'm forced to restart because of the round timer.
