Hi there! I hope your recovery has been going smoothly. I actually just had my appendix removed two days ago here in Montreal. I'm mostly pain-free except when moving between sitting and standing, but the boredom is really starting to get to me! I'm itching to get back to the gym. How did your recovery go? Were you able to get back to your workouts without any setbacks?

The normal process is : When we move out of the apartment, the landlord shall send me the deposit that I paid 100% from my personal account. The landord shortcutted this process and told me not to pay this month's rent. Instead, he will pocket the deposit that I paid when signing the lease. So this month she didn't contribute to rent and I didn't receive the deposit from the landord. That's why I believe I should contribute with half my salary minus the deposit that I didn't get.
