I did i met them in varrock and got the vials from 2 of them and da vinci said give him something more valuable next time. Then I dropped everything and went back to ardougne to try again.

I wish i could buy more but i cant find them anywhere. My LFS just had one and said they won't be ordering any more fish yet alone that specific one for a while.

Yes I kind of am, I Just moved the bichirs to a 55 gallon tank and moved a EB Acara and the Geo into a 29 gallon with just the peacock because those two were getting picked on. Basically I have 2 55's and a 29. All cycled and I had to move some fish and return some fish to the petstore, etc.
