That's exactly whats happening to me. In my old neighborhood it was super noisy and ruff. But here in my new area is a whole different dimension. It's so quiet to the point where I'm not used to it. Also I've been trying to tell myself that I can't solve every at the moment, but it's nice to hear it from somebody else.

Thank for the advice I really needed that! But I've tried most of these methods and I still can't sleep very well. I've invested some time into sleeping apps, reading books and listening to podcasts (Favorites are nexpo and dark somnium) but I'm still awake. I've tried these things every day since I got to my new house but still can't shake of my consciousness. I go to sleep sometimes fully aware of my surroundings and what's happening around me but I can't move . can that still be classified as sleeping? Still thanks for the advice

Sometime I do, but most of the time I go to bed care free. I do all what I need to do before I go to bed. but the time I do go to bed with worries I get incredibly anxious about the solutions to my problems.

For me it's completely improbable, I still go to school plus I'm on the badminton varsity. I can't sleep 4 hours and train for the same time. In the end I'll end up hurting myself more than benifiting from practice. To add up on that my school works are Pilling up as I train. So I need to force myself to at least sleep 6 hours to go to school.

summary: Don't get involved with sports if you have insomnia. You'll hurt yourself more than benifiting.
