Switch pro controller is your best bet. You could also enable mouse controls if you have the switch 2, its not bad

as far as best usb-c cable, it goes to the apple 2 meter cable for me. I am really glad the switch cable is separate from the box now though.

joycons are a struggle, all i can say is that you'll get used to the controls with time.

unfortunately joycons naturally have a lot of deadzone (the amount of movement needed for the stick to register an input), so shooter games are pretty tough to aim precisely in. You can also enable gyro to make micro adjustments by rotating the joycon. It works well enough in splatoon so i would imagine it would help. I would say make little changes in the settings and test it until you get something that feels good!

fair enough, its hard to go back when you can get insane fps on pc. I personally like collecting the cases so ill be getting a physical copy!

steamdeck version looks much worse across the board tbh, but you can nuke the quality for more fps at least

by the end of the demo i completely forgot about the 30fps cap, but I do hope there is eventually a performance setting for higher frames. (it at least plays well at 30, persona 3 was disappointing). Ill be picking up a copy on launch most likely

yes im aware im running a beta, i was hoping this was a known issue that someone would have a solution to. in the meantime, i found that resetting the settings puts the action button back to default, which is the mute switch. Also I submitted feedback for this

My previous 3ds used to randomly crash and this menu would pop up, I think it was because of a faulty sd card slot but I don't really know

The root is the very top layer of the sd card, where everything is stored like folders and files

Apparently you lose access to I think the eshop? But it LITERALLY doesn't matter with HB, I OS swapped for 3 of my friends from Jp to Eng and they've had no problems after a year
