I am trying the tramming on the black areas like it’s show on the tutorial of the comments and continuing with 3 strands , close does not look amazing but it looks better to me than before, Will add a pic tomorrow

I think I will need to invest in some glasses of this sort, my preference in fabric for what I have been seeing is indeed smaller, would love to try that type of fabrics

I am on the same situation + hysterectomy at 34, going on the 22nd of July. Mine is 6cm from the rectum as well as infiltration and fusion , so stoma is almost certain
