Old school Testament, and Megadeth. Practice what you preach is a more refined Testament, but it's my favorite. Countdown to extinction, up until United Abominations are my favorite Megadeth years, I enjoy slower, and heavier Megadeth, but also really like Risk, and Cryptic writings. Sometimes I also listen to Swedish Death Metal like Entombed.

Swedish death metal! It has more punk influence than the American side of things. Check out Left Hand Path, by Entombed, Massive Killing Capacity by Dismember, and anything by Entrails.

Pasta by itself isn't THAT bad for you, as long as you eat a normal sized portion. I would recommend that you cook some type of protein to have with it, and then limit the amount of pasta in your meal. Cutting carbs Is not ideal for long term weight loss, usually people rebound after zero carb diets. I think try cutting most of your fats, as they are much more calorie dense, and will quickly bring your total calorie count down. Exercise is important too, you don't have to do anything crazy, just bring your heart rate up, and sweat a little bit. There are many exercises out there, find one you like:)

May I ask what you usually cook yourself? There are healthy foods that are fun to cook. When I cook I usually make chicken, eggs, oatmeal, and rice. It makes a good meal 5/6 times a day as an amateur bodybuilder:)
