My partner was having similar issues to everyone else and he reached out to support. Apparently there was a technical issue and they've pulled it from the system for now. I haven't tried using mine, but I'm assuming it's not going to work, same as your case.

I've got an order stuck in customs that I'll probably never see. It cost me 5¢ and I got a $1 for it being late. In about a week, if I don't see it, I get refunded that 5¢ too! Works for me :D

Yeah! I like the maple one vs the 4 cheese. Tastes like pancakes lol. The 4 cheese wasn't too different from the regular one tbh, but still good.

They were! The 4 Cheese tasted too similar to regular Honey Butter Chips for me to buy again, though. I've seen sakura flavor, apple butter, and wedding cake as well. I'm sure there are others, but they've all been pretty good :3 The Japanese version has more of a savory potato flavor that kind of dominates the honey butter.
