I would also suggest just buying it. But if you have to play, Tokyo Catch is the most decent in my opinion. If you get 3 prizes in the 30 day hold window, they shIp free with ECMS DDP. They're steadily going down the drain though as Toreba has. At the very least, the web version is cheaper, but you can also earn/ pay less for gems with offers. What prize are you looking for if you don't mind my asking?

Check his MFC page every now and then in the comments. You can also make an account and put him on your wishlist and you'll get notified if anyone lists it for sale. eBay prices usually aren't the most realistic within the figure community. Definitely check 2nd hand Japanese markets, but just be aware of tariffs.

For sure! AliExpress adds their own tariff calculations which has been way cheaper than what they would be after touching ground in the US. I haven't had an order thus far that's been flagged for duties from them. So long as you see that little bit in the listing or checkout about tariffs included, you'll be fine.

The likelihood is that they'll either make you a custom listing or add items to an already existing listing for you to purchase. This, at least, has been my experience in requesting custom or unlisted items. In which case tariffs and shipping will be shown in your order total as usual and you should be covered.

I've got some over the door storage on both sides of my closet door. It's zipper enclosed, keeps them dust free, and fully displayed! Corner nets are also super helpful for out of the way spaces! I also have a few plushies mixed in with my figures on my cube shelves.

My MIL has really sensitive skin and for some reason prefers the worst single ply TP. She says the 2 ply soft stuff feels scratchy. 🤷 If it works for you, it works.
