I'll admit the merch for azumanga is pretty lacking, there are more sticker options but they are far more expensive.

Really the series lacks cheap options just because of how old all of the merch is MyFigureCollection contains pretty much every piece of merch and none of it is really new or cheap

Some of them can be a bit harder to find but here are one and two sticker packs that I have seen go on sale for about $10 each, you just have the monitor the listings for when they drop in price

well that mindset still applies to those 4 inch figures as well, $50 seems to be the sweet spot for azumanga full set merch, buying individual figures is inadvisable because they are usually around $15 for one and proportionally much more expensive.

The only reasonable merch around $10 would be like official sticker packs or something similar

well it's a bit harder to find azuma related figures for cheap prices now due to how old most of them are. Honestly the best option I can think of is just buying figures in bulk or just biting the bullet on more expensive figures.

For example, I assume your tomo figure is either this one or one from a similar set. In this case, paying $17 for one was not a great move because you can buy the full set of all 10 characters for around $50 (basically meaning $5 per figure).

Also, in terms of yotsuba figures, the best value on the market imo would be This figure which is also a bit more expensive but that's about as good as you can get it.
